Who am I anyway?
Heya, I’m Blayne. I’m not just a cool girl standing in front of a brick wall. I’m in the business of making things look nice and work well. It’s always bummed me out to see poorly designed things that don’t function as well as they could.
That’s why I studied design (at the University of Cincinnati’s School of Design, Art, Architecture and Planning), and why I work a day job designing clothes to fit and move better (“tech design” in fashion parlance).
It’s also what got me excited about designing websites. Every website has a story to tell, and a language and sequence that tells that story in the most elegant, intuitive way. It’s my passion to learn my clients’ stories, and then fuse custom code and (digital) fashion sense to tell those stories in the best way possible—a way that pleases visitors eyes, but doesn’t leave them wanting to break their mouse.
